Brew   about 2g of loose tea in boiling  water covered for  3 to 4 minutes to get the proper quality  cup of tea . Brew  further 5  to 6 miniutes to get more strong cup of tea. Strain and ready to drink. Can taste with milk, lemon,ginger or cinnamon and sugar according to individual taste. Black tea is a healthy drink which contains antioxidants.
